Ballistic Blonde The Ballistic Blonde is our Belgium style blonde Ale. We brewed this beer the first time in the spring of 2011, so naturally it makes us savor those beautiful Mississippi spring nights. It’s a crisp ale with some subtle fruity notes in the background from the Belgian abbey yeast.

The Hop Fiasco Our India Pale Ale, The Hop Fiasco has an explosion of hops . It is continuously hopped during the boil and then dry hopped to give it tons of hop flavor without making the IBUs unbearable.
What The ELf? A Winter warmer Styled full bodied porter spiced with cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and orange peel. It is then infused with vanilla and fig. Best drank at room temperature to enjoy all of holiday flavor.
Sir Ambeard An amber ale that’s smooth and malty with a slight caramel flavor containing back notes of ginger and orange with a small amount of spiciness.

Shocktoberfest Our fall seasonal and take on the classic Marzen Style Octoberfest Lager, Shocktoberfest is less malty and a little dryer that most marzens that has a clean mouthfeel and goes down easy.
Stout of the Rising Sun Our first small batch beer, this stout grabs hold of the flavors of southern pit bbq! We took a naturally slightly sweet stout, smoked the grains and then peppered it with jalapeños in the secondary. The result is a slightly in- tense, slightly smokey beer that goes down easy and leaves a nice burn in your thoat. Not for the weak of heart!
